Practice Disclaimer Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a complementary practice designed to support wellbeing. While many clients find EFT beneficial, it may bring up strong emotions or past traumatic memories, and there is a possibility of temporary retraumatisation. You are free to pause or decline any exercise at any time without penalty. EFT does not replace medical or psychological treatment, and if you are under the care of a doctor or therapist, you should continue that care alongside EFT. If you experience overwhelming distress during a session, we will pause, use grounding techniques, and discuss whether referral to another professional is appropriate.
