Cancellation Policy
For all bookings, a 24-hour (1 day) cancellation policy applies. No fee will be charged for cancellations or changes made with more than 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments, or cancellations/changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, will be charged at the full fee of the session.
All cancellations or changes must be made by phone or text to 07717 214390. We regret that cancellations via email cannot be accepted.

Online Bookings
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, the above cancellation policy applies.

Package Deals
If you or Equestrian Freedom Technique decide to end a package arrangement, any sessions already taken will be charged at full price and deducted from the amount paid. The remaining balance will be refunded either via gift voucher or bank transfer.

Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Copyright & Usage Notice

All digital and printed resources, courses and workshops, branded goods and merchandise, and website content provided by Equestrian Freedom Technique are intended solely for personal use by clients and subscribers. These materials must not be reproduced, distributed, shared, or used for any other purpose without the explicit written permission of the author.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content, including booklets or portions thereof, may result in legal action. All content is protected under copyright law and remains the intellectual property of Equestrian Freedom Technique.

Offers
Occasionally, we may offer time-limited discounts through our VIP club, online promotions, or vouchers. These offers are not redeemable for cash.

Health & Insurance Claims
If you intend to claim for treatments through your health insurance provider, please confirm eligibility with your insurer before booking.

General Conditions
It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant changes to your health or lifestyle, including pregnancy, medication changes, or any concerns that may affect your treatment.
